Marvellous and stunning location in a local area just off steps, pantheon, trevi fountain, the upmarket shopping area of Rome, and the Piazza del Popolo. Spotless and fancy room with large bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows.

Although the décor was charming, I was frustrated to discover that the breakfast options were very limited. I was hoping for a traditional Italian breakfast experience but instead found myself at a nearby restaurant where the staff seemed annoyed when we used our vouchers. I faced some trouble accessing my room late at night due to key code issues.

Very unfriendly staff!

The location couldn't be better, right near shopping and major attractions like the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. My room had a charming decor and a fantastic jacuzzi. The cleanliness made a noticeable difference, and I appreciated that fresh towels were provided daily. The hotel could be tricky to locate at first, as the entrance was discreet and the way in felt a bit confusing, almost like entering a different world. I also had issues with the room's power, experiencing intermittent outages during a downpour. It left me concerned about the reliability of the facilities. The warmth and helpfulness from the staff stood out were nice.

The rainfall shower was huge and invigorating.

The lovely glass of Prosecco and the spa bath in our Junior Suite made our stay special. Staff arranged a seamless airport pickup and offered excellent recommendations for dining nearby.

The location allowed us easy access to top attractions, which enhanced our overall enjoyment. I particularly appreciated the beautiful garden view from our suite.

The warm welcome with bubbles and rose petals was such a lovely touch, and the spacious junior suite with a big bath made our honeymoon so special. It's amazing location to explore the city on foot.

This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, jacuzzi, and express check-out are just what I need. On my first stay, the staff assisted me with a late departure, which I appreciated. Highly recommend the hotel transfer for added comfort!
